In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "taa77," "we," "us," "our" refers to the taa77 online gaming platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the taa77 website accessible at taa77.net, including all games, features, and services offered therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the taa77 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the taa77 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's taa77 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.

• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.

By accessing or using the taa77 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the taa77 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an Account on taa77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of taa77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a taa77 Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the taa77 Platform.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. taa77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time as part of its KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

taa77 strictly prohibits the registration of accounts by or on behalf of individuals under 21 years of age. Any Account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be immediately and permanently closed, and any Balance in such Account will be forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) taa77 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. taa77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

taa77 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify taa77 support immediately. taa77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

taa77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any Account at any time, including requiring re-verification of identity documents, before processing withdrawals or permitting continued gameplay.

taa77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Cards issued by Philippine banks

All Account Balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

taa77 does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals of any kind are not accepted and are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, or to a verified bank account in the Player's own name. taa77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification.

taa77 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Transaction processing times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside taa77's control.

taa77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules applicable to all taa77 promotions include:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• taa77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of winnings.

In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of a promotion's terms, taa77's decision shall be final and binding.

All games available on the taa77 Platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by taa77 or any third party.

Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a Wager. taa77 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, taa77 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the Wager to the Player's Account. taa77's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.

Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game. Violation of this rule will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taa77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one taa77 Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taa77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

All content on the taa77 Platform — including but not limited to the taa77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of taa77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without taa77's prior written consent.
• Use the taa77 brand name, logo, or any other taa77 intellectual property for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of taa77's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by taa77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taa77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting gameplay or transactions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

taa77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. taa77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit taa77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

taa77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taa77 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or regulation. taa77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

taa77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the taa77 Platform.

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may close your taa77 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to taa77's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to taa77 support, and taa77 will endeavour to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through taa77's internal process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with taa77's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.

taa77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, taa77 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the taa77 Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
